To start getting personalized answers to your own parenting questions, we’ll need to add you to our secure support area. We typically do this within 12-24 hours of purchase and you’ll get an email notification as soon as you’re added.
(Note: we’ll use the primary email you used during the payment process so be sure to check there for log in details).

We’ve learned after working with hundreds of parents to help fix their child’s defiant behavior and create a better relationship with them that being able to ask an expert for help and get personalized guidance when you need it is the one critical factor which always leads to success.
And, by joining our eCoaching Program, you’ve just joined the ranks of other decisive parents who are already getting their most challenging parenting questions answered by Shannon and I – via a dedicated support area which gives you a direct line to both of us. 🙂
After we get you added and you get the email with log in details, you can go here, where you’ll be able to ask us as many questions as you like, whenever you like, and get a dedicated, personalized response from us within a few working hours (often much sooner!). Just click the “New support ticket” link within the portal and you’ll be able to easily submit your parenting questions. You’ll also be notified when we respond, with in-depth instructions about exactly what you should do and why, so you can see it working for yourself.
All our responses are based on targeted, researched strategies that have worked for countless other frustrated parents.
You can cancel at any time by letting us know inside the secure eCoaching support area (or by emailing us at email@example.com), meaning there are no long-term commitments and you can get help from us for as long or as little as you like.
